This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Sub Court, Arokkonam in C.M.A.No.9 of 2014 (Old C.M.A. No.7 of 2013 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Ranipet) dated 11.12.2014) reversing the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.32 of 2012 in 1/3

O.S.No.4 of 2012 dated 12.07.2013 on the file of District Munsif Court, Arrakonam, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner died long back, even then no legal heirs have approached him to implead them as party. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
