This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 09.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15183 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7541 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the 1st working day of every month until further orders.
