The prayer sought for in this petition seeking amendment, where, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, in respect of the property in question, some representation was given for consideration to the respondents and an additional representation also has been given. Therefore, in order to consider the additional representation, a slight modification is required in the prayer, therefore, this amendment petition has become necessitated.

2. Considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents, who even though opposed the prayer, this Court is of the view that the present prayer, sought for in this miscellaneous petition, can be accepted, accordingly, this petition is ordered.
