The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that against the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 12.09.2014 passed in W.P.No.24814 of 2014, the State

preferred the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1242 of 2017. The Division Bench of this Court admitted the writ appeal and granted interim stay on 09.10.2017.

Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
