This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.4(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.138 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025. Page No.1 of 3

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.138 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
