This application has been filed seeking to extend the time to carry out the amendment in the cause title of the Execution Petition by impleading respondents 3 and 4 as per order of this Court dated 25.10.2025.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and hence, time is extended for a period of two weeks from today.
