ORDER

Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 4.

2.The petitioner, which is a Trade Union, has come forward to file this writ petition, seeking consideration of the representation so as to enable it to participate in the 13th Wage Negotiation Meeting proposed to be held on 28.04.2017. 3.Unfortunately, the petitioner has come at the last minute. Whether the petitioner is entitled to participate in the meeting or not is the matter to be decided by the third respondent. Therefore, without expressing anything on merits, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the third respondent on the date of negotiation, who would in turn, make a decision in this regard as per law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
