PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one of the sureties should be the blood related surety of the petitioner) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court of Session, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.553 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties (out of which, one of the sureties should be a blood related surety of the petitioner) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court of Session, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.553 of 2025 dated 03.02.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition to offer a blood relative as surety and is still in prison, this Court Page No.2 of 4

is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court of Session, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court). The other conditions imposed in the order dated 03.02.2025 in Crl. O.P. No.553 of 2025, shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and the condition is modified.
