It is pointed out by Mr. M. Elumalai, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the Respondents that the impugned order is only a notification calling for objections under Section 15(2) of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (hereinafter referred to "the Act" for short) and the Petitioner could be aggrieved only if a final decision is taken by issuing a notification under Section 15(1) of the Act. In view of the aforesaid submissions made, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioners to workout their remedies for necessary reliefs before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law at the appropriate stage. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
