This Petition has been filed seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities in the name M/s. Saraswathy Vaithianathan, who died intestate on 07.01.2021. The first petitioner is her husband and the second and third petitioners are daughters. The details of the securities have been given in the schedule to the petition.

After following due procedure, the petitioners were directed to tender evidence. The first petitioner examined himself as PW-1. The death certificate of his wife Saraswathy Vaithianathan was marked as Ex.P-1 and the consent affidavit of the second and third petitioners were marked as Ex.P-5. The communications relating relating to the shares were marked as Exs. P-6 and P-7. The legal heir ship certificate was marked as Ex.P-9 and the affidavit under Section 65(B) of Indian Evidence Act was marked as Ex.P-9.

In view of the evidence produced, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioners with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest specified in the schedule is issued.
