Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondents from encumbering, alienating, dealing with the suit schedule properties which is the subject matter in O.S.289 of 2010 on the file of II Additional District Court at Kanchipuram (in CMP.No.15791 of 2016) pending disposal of the A.S.No.591 of 2016.
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MOHAMMED IRFRAN, Advocate for I.AKBAR MD ABDULLAH, Advocate for the 1 and 2nd Respondents and of MR.V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the 5 to 12 Respondents and of 3, 4 and 13th Respondents not appearing either in person or by an Advocate and of petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition was filed in the year 2016. Only notice through Court as well as privately, was ordered on 29.09.2016. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any interim order, till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
2.Post the main case on 09.11.2021.
