This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 18.7.2014 and proceed in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 18.7.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR 366 of 2014 and the same was closed on 4.9.2014. 4.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
