This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019 and 25.09.2019 respectively.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given the representations to the second respondent dated 22.07.2019 and 25.09.2019 and the same were not considered by the second respondent till date.

3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner sent representations dated 22.07.2019 and 25.09.2019 to the second respondent already was considered and the same was duly rejected on 26.03.2021 and it was also communicated to the petitioner on the same day.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the second respondent, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:- i) The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent is directed to serve the copy of the rejection order passed by the second respondent dated 26.03.2021 to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
ii) On such receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 26.03.2021 in the manner known to law.
5. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
