Prayer in W.P. No. 4603 of 2021: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings TRP No. 166/Vol-I/2020-21/JDO-1/Dt:22.02.2021 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to
entertain the petitioner's tender for price bid in so far relates to Package No. 49 and decide the tenders on merits. Prayer in W.P.
