ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 24.08.2018 in W.P.No.20758 of 2018 directed the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for regularization and approval of lay out in respect of plot No.12-B & C at

Jaya Nagar, Anagaputhur Village, within a period of 12 weeks. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Government has passed an order in Letter No.10242/ULC-I(2)/2018-1, dated 29.07.2021 in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner was also directed to pay some amount of Rs.81,525/-. He has also produced a copy of the order before this Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition. However, the the respondent is directed to serve copy of the order dated 29.07.2021 to the petitioner, immediately.
