ORDER
The petitioner made a complaint to the second respondent alleging that the fourth respondent has got the service connection clandestinely without title as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner. On receipt of the same, the second respondent sent a communication to the petitioner dated 15.12.2016 stating that appropriate action would be taken after receiving the revenue records. As no further process is made, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. Despite notice having been served on the fourth respondent and his name has also been printed in the cause list, he has not appeared.
3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the enquiry of the second respondent is pending, a direction is issued to the second respondent to conclude the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the parties concerned.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
