The present Civil Revision Petition is filed arising out of the docket order passed in I.A.No.212 of 2010 by the trial Court. This Court by order dated 28.07.2020 directed the registry to call for a report with regard to the status of the suit in O.S.No. 96 of 2007. The trail Court has submitted its reported dated 19.08.2020 stating that the I.A.No. 212 of 2010 was dismissed for default on 14.10.2015 and the Suit in O.S.No. 96 of 2007 was also dismissed for non-prosecution on 02.02.2016. 2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition, which is pending for many years.
