2.In view of the fact that the order of this Court dated 09.02.2015 in W.P.No.23440 of 2014 has since been complied with by the 1st Respondent and also this Court, taking note of the fact that the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement to that effect, closes the Contempt Petition.
