Today, this matter came up before me under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2.I had ordered in CMP.No.5961 of 2017 on 10.07.2023 on the ground that I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3.However, I found from going through the records subsequently that this Court by an order dated 05.06.2017 had already restored the revision in CMP.No.7086 of 2017.

Therefore, the order passed by me in CMP.No.5961 of 2017 is unnecessary and the order passed on 10.07.2023 is recalled.
