ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 379 of IPC, in Crime No.38 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The case has been registered as against the petitioners herein for illegal mining of red sand from the Government land and when the Village Administrative Officer along with his party men went on inspection, the petitioners abandoned the JCB and Tipper lorry along with the red sand and fled away.

Though the petitioners herein claims to be the agriculturists and they removed the savudu sand from the Government land for their agricultural purposes, from the narration of the First Information Report, it appears that the red sand has been illicitly excavated from the Government land and illegally transported. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
