O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the O.P. 101 of 2018, pending on the file of Principal District Judge, Tirupur.
2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that, pending O.P., the respondents have filed an application to decide the maintainability of the O.P. itself in I.A. 1882 of 2019, and the arguments was also advanced in the said application and orders reserved. Hence, the matter is adjourned today.
3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that, the matter has been adjourned to 03.03.2020 for passing orders. At this stage, Mr.A.Immanuel, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would contend that, if this court is satisfied, the application filed by the respondents may be disposed of within a time frame, for which, the learned counsel appearing for respondents have no objection.
4. I have considered the rival submissions made by learned counsel appearing for petitioner as well as learned counsel 4/6
appearing for respondents 1 to 14 and perused the records carefully.
5. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur is directed to dispose the I.A.1882 of 2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
