This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission and Police protection to the petitioner for organizing the cultural function in Alagapuram Village on 04.04.2018 by acting on his representation dated 27.03.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner had given a representation dated 27.03.2018 to the respondent police for conducting cultural activities in the local temple. It is for the Police to take a decision depending upon the law and order situation and this Court cannot give a direction to the police as prayed for by the petitioner. Hence, this petition is closed.
