This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of Srinivasan and Sathya which is numbered as G-2/411/36023/2018 (Land Grabbing Protection Special Cell, Dharmapuri) and dispose of the complaint in accordance with the law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Rajasekar, petition enquiry was conducted in S.P.Current Paper.No.G-2/411/2018 and the same was closed by the respondent on 11.08.2018.
