Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the Special Court for Trial, CCB and CBCID, Egmore, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.20165 of 2020 in CC.No.3627 of 2017 on the file of CCB and CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate Egmore, in CCB Crime No. 441 of 2015 on the file of respondent vide an order dated 23-12-2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.JOHN SATHYAN for M/S.S.YOGARAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.

KRITHIKA KAMAL, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20165 of 2020 on 23.12.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and the investigation is also completed and the case is now taken on file in C.C.No.221 of 2021. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.12.2020 regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.20165 of 2020 on 23.12.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
