ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to implead the fourth respondent Mrs.S.Vijayalakshmi, Wife of Srinivasan No.62/45, Raghavan Street, Choolai, Chennai 600 112 as legal representative of the deceased first plaintiff/applicant in the above TOS No.20 of 2015 and consequently to implead her as fourth plaintiff in TOS No.20 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the amendment within a period of two weeks.
