O R D E R

This writ petitioner has filed this petition challenging the impugned transfer order issued by the 3rd respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2950/A2/2021 dated 09.02.2022 and consequently seeking to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue as P.G. Assistant (Maths) in MBN Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Chrompet, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

The learned Additional Advocate General appeared before this Court and produced a copy of the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2207/A2/2021, dated 14.03.2022 and reported that the petitioner shall continue in the same school, namely MBN Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Chrompet, till 31.05.2022.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the view that since the impugned transfer order dated 09.02.2022 has been passed by the 3rd respondent only on administrative ground, following the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, this Court cannot interfere with the aforesaid impugned transfer order. No further order is required to be passed by this Court. Therefore, it is for the authority concerned to take appropriate decision, depending upon the students strength in the said school.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
