The petitioner/accused seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.3 of 2024 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act.

2. The petitioner had been remanded into custody on 02.01.2024 with possession of 5 kgs of Ganja.

3. It is stated that he had purchased Ganja from Kerala. It is also stated that there are two previous cases as against the petitioner herein.

4. Taking all those factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
