ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A3 who were arrested on 29.01.2022 for the offences under section 174 (1) of Cr.P.C. subsequently altered into 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 306 of I.P.C. in Crime No.110 of 2022 seek bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.These two petitioners are arrayed as accused in a case where one Palanivel committed suicide on 20.01.2022, after these petitioners and others attacked him brutally and scolded for having affair with the wife of the first accused.

4.This Court called for the Post Mortem Report and the Report indicates several injuries on the face and head and contusion size by 8cm over the left frontal parietal region and 4X2 cm over occipital region which is unusual for any suicidal death by anything. The final opinion is also awaited. At this juncture, though the learned counsel for the petitioners claims that they attacked the deceased Palanivel to save the honour of the sister, considering the nature of offence and the stage of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present. Hence, these petitions for bail are dismissed.
