Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to withdraw the case in O.P.No.62 of 2020 on the file of Sub-Court, Harur, and transfer the same to the file of Sub-Court, Hosur for trial along with the HMOP.No.2 of 2020 before the Sub-Court, Hosur filed by me. For Petitioner : Mr. R. Balaguruswamy

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in O.P.No.62 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Harur and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Hosur to be tried along with the H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2020 before the Sub-Court, Hosur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already H.M.O.P filed by the respondent has been transferred to Sub-Court, Hosur.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
