ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass this petitioner based on the complaint sent by unknown persons without mentioning the sender name and address.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that some annoyance complaints have been received by the respondent police alleging that this petitioner is involved in Sandal Wood smuggling but on enquiry by the respondent police, it reveals that the petitioner is not involved in such commission of offence and some people who are enimical towards this petitioner are sending such complaints.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on completion of the enquiry, the complaints have been closed.
