C.M.P.No.5159 of 2024 in C.R.P.No.1136 of 2020 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and P.D.AUDIKESAVALU, J.

This application is to return the sum of Rs.7.00 lakh (Rupees seven lakh only) deposited by the applicant pursuant to the order of this Court.

We have heard learned counsel for the bank also.

The directions were given to deposit the amount in view of the interim order passed in favour of the applicant. The CRP is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that even the S.A. before the DRT is disposed of and the applicant has filed an appeal before the DRAT.

In the light of that, the amount of Rs.7.00 lakh (Rupees seven lakh only) deposited by the applicant in C.R.P.No.1136 of 2020 and C.M.P.No.6135 of 2020 be transmitted to DRAT, Chennai in the appeal filed by the present applicant.

This application is disposed of.
