the huge unauthorized construction of the 4th respondent Premises which is situated in 4 Floors commercial building which is situated in Door No.20/11, 22/24, Kesavalu Street, Attur Town and Municipality, Salem District based on the petitioner representation dated 09.02.2019 and reminder representation dated 29.12.2019. 2. In light of that, the purpose of the writ petition stands served.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
