BHARATHIDASAN CRIMINAL ORIGINAL PETITION No.3939 of 2021 K.SENTHILKUMAR [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP.BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ECONOMIC OFFENCES WING-II, COIMBATORE DISTRICT.
CR.NO.5 OF 2020.
Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner by the learned Special Judge, Special Court Under TNPID Act, Coimbatore by an order dated 19.01.2021 made in CR.MP.No.89 of 2021 (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only),(ii)The petitioner Shall produce two sureties and they shall execute a bond each for Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs Only)to the satisfaction of this Court and (iii)The sureties shall produce solvency certificates issued by the Tahsildhar of their respective properties for Rs.5,00,000 (Rupees Five Lakhs Only)each and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.
VINOTH Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore by an order dated 19.01.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.89 of 2021 "(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only), (ii). The petitioner shall produce two sureties and they shall execute a bond each for Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the satisfaction of this Court and (iii) The sureties shall produce solvency certificates issued by the Tahsildhar of their respective properties for Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) each."
