ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 394(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.121 of 2022, are before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police states that on initial investigation, the Investigating Officer has found that the petitioners are not involved in the said crime and the First Information Report has been altered and the report has been submitted to the learned Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai, on 23.02.2022.
