This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 19.06.2015 in I.A.No.1328 of 2014 in O.S.No.159 of 2012 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

matter has been settled out of the Court. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
