This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.303 of 2014 dated 10.01.2014.

2. Learned Government Advocate submits that Crime

No.368 of 2013 on the file of Inspector of Police, Gudalur had been transferred to Devala Police Station and investigated in Crime No.308 of 2015 of such station. The same has resulted in filing of the report informing commission of offences under Section 465,467,471,477 I.P.C

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet stands filed. This Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
