ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in crime No. 171 of 2020 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Totally there are four accused in this case and the petitioner is A1. It is alleged all the accused way laid the defacto complainant at knife point and robbed a sum of Rs.2,500/- from him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional public prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a notorious criminal and there are nine previous cases pending against him, out of which 3 cases are under Section 302 of I.P.C. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a notorious criminal and there are nine previous cases pending against him, out of which 3 cases are under Section 302 of I.P.C., this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
