We are not inclined to grant six months` time to notify the rules/guidelines, as we have directed in the writ petitions that a request be made through proper procedure to the Election Commission within a week and it would depend on the stand of the Election Commission. In any case, the election process would be over by the end of May, 2016 and thus, we grant one month time thereafter to notify the rules/guidelines.
