These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 701 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement and to bring on record, the petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and the fact that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the delay being condoned. The delay is condoned, the abatement caused to the death of the sole appellant is set aside and the petitioners are brought on record as appellants 2 to 5 in the Second Appeal.
