ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Sasikumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents and with the consent of parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner is a Salesman in the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (TASMAC). He was placed under suspension by an order dated 30.01.2015. He made a representation dated 10.03.2015, requesting the respondents to revoke the order of suspension. Since no orders have been passed on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 10.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. However, there is no order as to costs.
