ORDER

Heard Mr.A.Gowthaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on her representation dated 04.02.2014 seeking for issuance of joint patta in her name to the properties allotted late Chinnakannu as per final decree dated 27.04.2010 in IA.No.396/2008 in OS.No.151/1996 on the file of District Munsif Court, Sholinghur.

3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the petitioner to forward a copy of the representation dated 04.02.2014 along with a copy of this order to the 2nd respondent and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
