Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings of the respondent, in Na.Ka.No.0470/2015/Per-2, dated 14.08.2015, by which, the request made by the petitioner was rejected. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order, dated 20.11.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25234 of 2013 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent in the manner known to law, if he so desires. No costs.
