Respondent in both the petitions Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a issuance of a Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.1562/2016/Aa dated 24.11.2017 respectively passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to transfer the petitioners to Medavakkam and Pallikaranai Village respectively as requested by the petitioners.

2. These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the Impugned Order of transfer dated 24.11.2017, wherein the petitioners were transferred from Sholinganallur - I and Sholinganallur- II respectively to Enjambakkam and Vengaivasal respectively.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners specifically submitted that the petitioners are not questioning https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the correctness of the transfer order, however, he contended that yardstick for posting the Village Administrative officer from 'A' village to 'B' village has not been followed.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is pertinent to note that the petitioners have been transferred only about 5 kms from the present station and the petitioners have not substantiated their case, as to how they are aggrieved by the impugned transfer, hence, this Court is unable to entertain these Writ Petitions. Therefore, the Writ Petitions fail and the same stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
