This petition is filed to condone the delay of 504 days in filing the Writ Miscellaneous Petition for restoration of Writ Petition No.4292 of 2013.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ravindran, learned Senior Counsel representing the learned counsel on record, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to condone the delay of 504 days is allowed and the delay of 504 days is condoned subject to the condition that the petitioners shall jointly pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the State Legal Services Authority, High Court, Chennai on or before 25.07.2022, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference of this Court.

3. Post the Writ Petition on 25.07.2022.
