2. Notice had been directed to the proposed respondents. Steps have been taken and a noting of the Registry shows that the private notice had been returned unserved with an endorsement 'unclaimed'. Hence, service to the proposed respondents is deemed sufficient so far as these applications are concerned.

3. It is also to be noted that the 4th respondent who is now reported dead is also shown as the 4th respondent in the connected S.A.No.36/2011 and therefore consequent to her death, the proposed respondents have been impleaded as respondents 19 - 22 in that Second Appeal. It is therefore only appropriate that they are also made parties in S.A.No.302/2011.

4. Taking that view of the matter into consideration, these applications are allowed. The delay is condoned.
