This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 02.06.2015 made by the petitioner to them on their file, take up investigation in accordance with law and to file a final report within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honourable Court and to grant such further or other reliefs.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.310 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.310 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
