The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in these petitions have become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives in these civil revision petitions for further adjudication. Accordingly, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
