Prayer in both C.R.Ps: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the order dated 04.02.2025 in I.A.Nos.6 and 7 of 2025 in C.O.S.No.1110 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Commercial Court Judge, Egmore, Chennai.
* * * For Petitioners : Mr.S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi in both C.R.Ps For Respondents : Mr.M.Selvam in both C.R.Ps COMMON ORDER The above Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the order dated dated 04.02.2025 in I.A.Nos.6 and 7 of 2025 in C.O.S.No.1110 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Commercial Court Judge, Egmore, Chennai.
2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the matter is posted for the defendants' side evidence on 24.02.2025.
3. Therefore, considering the fact that the issue before this Court is the closing of the plaintiffs' evidence, which was at its fag end before the close of the court proceedings, this Court directed the learned counsel for Page 2/5
the petitioners to inform the learned counsel who appeared for the respondents before the Commercial Court to appear before this Court and had passed over the case.
4. When the matter was later called, both the learned counsels were present. The learned counsels consented to the following directions being issued in the Revisions.
(i) The cross examination of P.W.1 will commence on 24.02.2025 at 2.30pm and will be concluded on the very same day. In case, the cross examination is not proceeded with, the evidence will be closed and the matter posted for defendants' evidence. The defendants have also withdrawn the revision filed challenging the order in I.A.No.5 of 2025.

(ii). The proof affidavit of D.W1 will be filed on 24.02.2025 itself after the cross examination of P.W1 since the learned counsel states that the proof affidavit is ready.
5. With the above directions, these civil revision petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
