The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent-Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited has provided Electricity Connection and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
