This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry in Na.Ka. No.4493/ 2023 /A1 dated 15.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the enquiry was completed and the appeal was already disposed of in favour of the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
